無論你是誰，你對我們來說都非常重要！為了更好地照顧、陪伴每位家人，教會有著完整、全備的牧養系統，由大至小分為牧區、小區、小組，分別由區牧(區監督)、區長、小組長來成為你的幫助。在很多課程/活動中，我們也通常會以牧區/小組為單位進行。
一個人可以走得很快，但一群人卻可以走得很久！無論是在信仰，抑或是人生的路途上，你都需要一群同伴一起前行。他們將會是你無力時最大的幫助，奮鬥時最好的夥伴，說話時最真誠的傾聽者。
從今以後，你將不再是一個人！在小組裡，你能找到一輩子的生命夥伴，一起學習包容接納、彼此傾聽，並肩前行！
小組是除了崇拜聚會外，每週與弟兄姊妹固定聚集的時間。小組時間通常會在1.5-2小時不等。在小組聚會中，大家會一起敬拜讚美、討論神的話、分享生活、互相代禱，當然也會有茶點同樂、不定期聚餐、出遊等，是在忙碌的生活中，每週充電的絕佳時機！
